From early in the morning, all schools in the municipality of Puerto Padre develop a special morning to honor the best of Cuba: José Julián Martí Pérez, who died in combat, fighting for the independence of Cuba, a day like today 1895.
To honor the apostle, the apostle José Martí and the family, pink shoes, our Apostle, Small princes, and Marti among us (Exhibition plastic), are activities that follow a program that took time for development and is now a reality. All bear the hallmark of the institution that represents and are faithful reflection of the love and dedication that have always provided a unique figure of the Master.
Some of the institutions or centers involved in this program are: Barrio Los Ruz, La Reforma, Santa Maria School 3, The Dress, The Division, Santo Domingo 3, and La Gerónima so that all the municipality of Puerto Padre is a heartfelt tribute to "the purest man of our race."
Those responsible for organizing this event, cultural promoters are mostly young people, graduates or members of the José Martí Brigade, in honor of this great name, have taken up the task.
