Their definitions are manifold; however, other assertions receives daily benefit, according to the importance that everyone gives, as it has become over time in a private or collective ownership essential for cultural development. 
As in the rest of Cuba, today the people of Puerto Padre exclusive pays homage to the book, through careful reading and study of a rich information contained in disparate texts broadens knowledge. Many have contributed to the advancement of literature here, but there are names that should be written from scratch, because it began, eagerly, creative endeavor: Bermúdez José Chacón, author of Roses and Laureles, first puertopadrense book, edited by Fernando García Grave de Peralta in 1915 in his press the Renaissance, as well as Pastor Luis Alvarez and Manuel Martinez of the writers made Casas.ros publications during the 1930 and 1940, including Manuel Emilio Pimentel, Elio House de Vall and Alfredo Fernández Pérez.

However, the important thing when deciding which energy technology to adopt, is to weigh the ability to manage these impacts through preventive measures, safety and mitigation analyzed all the possible scenarios so that "the cure is not more expensive than the disease."

According to Article 40 of Law of Solid Waste, Law No. 27314, are our rights:
1. Access to structured solid waste services as provided in this Act and its regulations.
2. Access to public information on solid waste.
3. Protecting your health and surrounding environment from the risks or damage that may occur during all operations of solid waste management, including the scope of non-municipal management.
4. Participate in the approval process plans, programs and projects for solid waste management at provincial level.
But we also have obligations. According to Article 41 must:
1. Prompt payment for services received solid waste and fines and other charges imposed by the commission of violations of this Act
2. Comply with specific standards and technical recommendations disseminated by the company providing Solid Waste Services in question or appropriate authorities.
3. Store solid waste subject to the health and environmental standards to prevent harm to others and to facilitate collection.
4. To inform the competent authorities deemed violations were committed against the regulations of solid waste.
If the municipalities are responsible for the management of solid wastes at home, shopping and activities that generate wastes similar to these, we are responsible to properly dispose from his generation and better if we minimize.
