When we reflect on the disposition of our so-called junk (remember that now with the physical and organic recycling these are wastes that can be tapped), the first thing that comes to mind is to take the spark bad job which are probably doing the municipality that is responsible for cleaning public.

1. Access to structured solid waste services as provided in this Act and its regulations.
2. Access to public information on solid waste.
3. Protecting your health and surrounding environment from the risks or damage that may occur during all operations of solid waste management, including the scope of non-municipal management.
4. Participate in the approval process plans, programs and projects for solid waste management at provincial level.
But we also have obligations. According to Article 41 must:
1. Prompt payment for services received solid waste and fines and other charges imposed by the commission of violations of this Act
2. Comply with specific standards and technical recommendations disseminated by the company providing Solid Waste Services in question or appropriate authorities.
3. Store solid waste subject to the health and environmental standards to prevent harm to others and to facilitate collection.
4. To inform the competent authorities deemed violations were committed against the regulations of solid waste.
If the municipalities are responsible for the management of solid wastes at home, shopping and activities that generate wastes similar to these, we are responsible to properly dispose from his generation and better if we minimize. Do not forget that the house cleaner is not clear what else if not the least dirty.
